Everything we do starts with our team. Come and see us and find a friendly group of people with a shared love of wood and beautiful spaces and this shows in the work we do to create huts full of character. We're always interested in meeting skilled craftspeople as well who may be interested in working with us, get in touch.
Our master craftsman who designed and built our first classic reclaimed wood living spaces in 2012.
Cristian operates as our Senior Projects Manager and has extensive experience with hardwood and softwood construction and has an eye for showing wood at it's best.
Matthew leads the team at Purton Barn. He enjoys finding the best wood finishes to really show off every piece and designing with clients to ensure the best use of space.
In our new offices and workshop he is now expanding our range and what we can offer at Purton Barn.
Robin has been working with reclamation partners to discover unique finds and pieces for many years. Now working with customers and suppliers to move your project forward.
He has a love of the outdoors and is responsible for the chickens you may encounter wandering around our yard and show area at Pry Farm.
Adrian has worked in the construction trade for many years and is now working on new project construction for huts and buildings. He will monitor and take care of the process of creating your order.
Rares is new to the team in 2025 and is our go-to guy for all those urgent trips to pick up our special reclamation finds. He works with the team on all stages of hut construction and fit out.
Tim's experience working with wood started over 45 years ago as a cabinetry apprentice. He now acts as investor, premises manager and gives board direction for Purton Barn.
Bobby is a trained carpenter who manages full hut builds and other projects, working closely alongside Cristian and the team. He is always friendly and happy to explain what he is working on and enjoys the process of working with wood to create lifetime buildings that look great.
Viktor joined the team in early 2025 as apprentice at Purton Barn, working alongside the team to learn the sustainable construction skills that we use to create our buildings.
We feel lucky to come to work at our rural Wiltshire location in Purton.
Many nearby Cotswold towns like Cirencester and Malmesbury give inspiration for our projects and we take our company name from the renovated barns which are now our offices and 8,000sqft workshops.
